  • They underestimate how long some thing will take
  • Lack of organization, not being able to find the approriate files
  • They want to make some thing perfect. You'll never get anything done

-> Need to automate, declutter, set boundaries or limits.

  • exercising
  • sleep enough
  • self-care -> Need to build endurance, develop focus, and healthy habits

How to optimize our work environment(physical space)

Question to ask yourself

  1. Why do you want to become more organized? Why do you want to become more productive?
  2. When do you feel the most disorganized?
  3. Describe a time when you felft the most organized?

Avoid opening any applications that are contrary to your work's mission

Keeping slack, microsoft open all the day is like sitting in a middle of this loud room trying to work. You work attention is going to be split. Only open those communication tools when you need to and plans to communicate with other people

Use different spaces spaces for different tasks

  1. Seperate your primary vs secondary goals.
  2. Plan and schedule time do what you need to achive your goals.
