Beast mode

5 daily routines habits that will make you a beast

Your brain's job is not going to working extremely hard for your goals and dreams, that's a decision your conscious personality has made.

Why don't I work? Why am I naturally not motivated? Why don't I feel like working? Because your brain hate that. Work is pressure, and your brains suggest you to relax. Think about the girl, let's check out youtube. Wow, new videos. And then you start doing things that relax you, you're happy. You free yourself from the pressure of working hard and relax your brain by giving it entertainment. You feel alive and excited because you're laughing and enjoying. And your brain thinks that it's healthy.

And your brain thinks happiness and laughter are much better than stress and pressure from hard work. Hence you find yourself every day sitting and smiling and laughing all the way through sharing, consuming and watching hours and hours of self repeating garbage. And because it is self repeating, you're not learning anything new either. Your are accustomed to watching the same type of content again and again and again because that's your confort zone.

There is a problem somewhere. What are they. That happiness is momentary. The moment the video or clip ends, you're not happy any more. To continue feeling happy, you have to continously watching content which is what takes hours away from you.

You know you have to work to sustain yourself. You have desires that need hardwork to fullfill. You want to achieve things. You crave respect , name, popularity, status and want to own a lot of things. You have dreams and ambitions. You have a vision in your mind of your own future.

You have two options:

  • Momentary happiness
  • Hard work

Nobody is coming to help you. Everybody around you has dreams and goals. People will remind you of your goals, people like myself will clear your doubts by being honest and sharing the truth as to how your brain works. You are completely on your own.

Let's turn the beast mode inside you.

1. Turn off the phone before going to bed

Switch off phone 30 minutes before going to bed and sit with yourself. What is to be done tomorrow and how well you are going to do. They can be both easily programmed a day before in your mind.

2. Wake up early

I am gonna wake up at 5 A.M and make tomorrow the most productive day of my life. Wake up at 5 A.M no matter what.

3. Watch selective contents

For half an hour or so, watch selective contents, for example interview, clips or some podcast, read news do your thing. Just watch people speaking

4. Run and lift weight

For an hour, workout, sweat. Do push up whenever you feel bored, tired. You're young. Nothing is going to happen to you if you don't do anything.

5. Your why

Through out the day, keep asking yourself. What am I doing right now? I have to work, I have to work, I have to get back to work.
